We Build Intelligent AI Workforces
AgenticX AI Labs is an enterprise AI company focused on building autonomous AI systems that transform how organizations operate. Founded by Amol Katkade, we combine deep expertise in agentic AI, LangGraph, and enterprise architecture to deliver production-grade solutions.
Our Values
Principles that guide every solution we build.
Enterprise-First
Every solution is designed for production scale, security, and reliability from day one.
AI Excellence
We push the boundaries of what AI agents can do, combining cutting-edge research with pragmatic engineering.
Measurable Impact
We focus on delivering quantifiable business outcomes, not just technology for technology's sake.
Knowledge Sharing
We believe in advancing the field through open research, education, and community building.
What we do
AgenticX AI Labs works on three things, and they feed each other.
1. Enterprise AI delivery
We design and build production AI systems for organisations — autonomous agents that use real tools, multi-agent workflows orchestrated with LangGraph, retrieval systems over private document sets, and Model Context Protocol integrations that let AI clients reach internal systems safely. The work is model-agnostic: Claude, GPT, Gemini, Bedrock and open models each win on different problems, and being tied to one is a constraint we would rather our clients did not inherit. Where data cannot leave a client's environment, we deploy inside their own cloud.
Engagements are fixed-scope rather than open-ended: a strategy sprint to work out what is worth building, a pilot to prove one use case in production, or a build-and-operate retainer once something is live and needs to stay that way.
2. Practical books and free tools
Everything learned in delivery gets written down. Our ebook catalogue covers agentic systems, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering and building with Claude Code — written as implementation guides rather than overviews, because the gap in most AI material is not explanation but specifics. Alongside them we publish free calculators for AI ROI and LLM running cost, an AI readiness assessment, a model comparison and a use-case finder, plus a prompt library and long-form guides on the blog. All of it is free and none of it is gated behind a form.
3. The virtual internship programme
We run a free four-week remote internship across twelve domains — AI agents, generative AI, machine learning, data science, computer vision, NLP, cyber security, cloud and DevOps, full stack, Java, Python and business intelligence. Every project brief is published in full before anyone applies, including the criteria it will be marked against, and every submission is reviewed against those criteria with written feedback returned. A pass is not automatic.
It is unpaid and voluntary, there is no stipend, and we do not guarantee placements. We say so on the programme page, on the application form and on the offer letter itself. The completion certificate is optional and carries a public verification page, so an employer can confirm both that it is genuine and what was actually built.
How we work
We say what we do not know
AI projects fail more often on unclear scope than on technical difficulty. If a use case is unlikely to work, the useful thing is to say so during the first conversation rather than after a quarter of billing.
No invented numbers
We publish no client counts, no case studies we cannot evidence, no ratings nobody left and no statistics we cannot source. If a figure appears on this site it can be checked. That costs us some credibility signals other sites award themselves freely.
Model-agnostic, and honest about trade-offs
A smaller model with a longer context window frequently beats a larger one on a specific task. We benchmark on the client’s own data rather than on public leaderboards, because the two correlate weakly.
Security before capability
Nothing goes to a third-party API that a client has not agreed can leave their environment. Where that rules out a hosted model, we say so early rather than building something that cannot be approved.

Amol Katkade
Founder & CEO
Amol Katkade is a Generative AI and Data Science professional with 9+ years of experience delivering AI-driven solutions across finance, energy, retail and customer service. He works at the intersection of software architecture and applied AI, which in practice means the unglamorous half of the job: getting agentic systems past a prototype and into an environment where they have to keep working.
He has written ten practical books on AI, including Claude Code Mastery, and founded AgenticX AI Labs to do delivery work and publishing from the same place — the books come out of the delivery, and the delivery is sharper for having had to explain itself. He designed the internship programme and reviews the briefs it runs on. Based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, working remotely with teams elsewhere.
