Is the AI job match report really free?
Yes. The free report is the whole analysis: your Job Match Score out of 100, which required skills your resume shows and which it does not, resume and ATS issues, where an interviewer is likely to probe, your five highest-value improvements, a 30-day roadmap and recommended projects. You do not need an account or a card.
How is the Job Match Score calculated?
Each skill the job description asks for is judged strong, partial or missing against your resume. Must-have skills count three times a nice-to-have, and a partial match counts half. The score is that weighted share, out of 100. A skill only counts if the evidence for it can be found in your resume — if the AI says you have a skill but cannot point to where, it is marked down. The score is computed by us, not guessed by the model.

Will this get me a job?
No tool can promise that and we do not. CareerOS shows you where your resume falls short of a specific job description and gives you a plan for closing the gap. What you do with it is what changes your odds.
What happens to my resume?
Your file is read in your browser; only its text is sent. Before analysis we remove email addresses, phone numbers and links, and the AI never sees them. Names are not removed, because there is no reliable way to find one. Your resume is never shown to anyone else, never used to train anything, and is deleted 30 days after you create the report unless you hold a Pass. You can delete a report yourself at any time.
Which AI does the analysis?
A large language model (Google Gemini) reads your resume and the job description and judges each skill. We compute the score from those judgements and check the evidence it quotes against your resume. AI can still misjudge a skill, so treat the report as a well-organised second opinion, not a verdict.
Can I use it for roles that are not AI roles?
Yes — the match works on any job description. The AI and GenAI skill-gap plan inside the Pass focuses on AI skills, so it is most useful when the role involves them.
