Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Internship completion certificate

The completion certificate costs Rs.169 and is charged once. There is no subscription and nothing recurring.

If your certificate is not issued within 7 days of payment, you are entitled to a full refund. Email amolkatkade@useagenticx.com with your intern ID and we will return the payment to its original method.

The fee pays for issuing and verifying the certificate. It does not pay for the pass itself — passes are earned in review and cannot be bought. Paying the fee without a qualifying pass does not produce a certificate, and any such payment is refunded in full.

Applying for the internship, taking part in it, and receiving written feedback are free. The certificate is optional; your projects and your review feedback remain yours whether or not you buy one.

2. Ebooks and digital downloads

Ebooks, prompt packs, and templates are delivered instantly on payment, so they cannot be returned in the ordinary sense.

If a product is defective, if the file does not download, or if you were charged and did not receive access, contact us and we will either fix the delivery or refund you in full.

Beyond those cases, refunds on digital downloads are considered individually on their merits. If a purchase was clearly a mistake — a duplicate order, or the wrong item — tell us promptly and we will make it right.

Because a bundle expands into its individual titles at checkout, a bundle is refunded as a whole rather than title by title.

3. Cancelling before delivery

If you have paid but not yet received the product, you may cancel and receive a full refund. For digital downloads this window is short, as delivery is usually immediate.

For the internship certificate, you may cancel at any point before the certificate is issued.

4. Consulting engagements

Consulting and implementation work is governed by the separate written agreement signed for that engagement, and the cancellation and refund terms in that agreement take precedence over this page.

Where no such agreement exists, work not yet delivered is refundable and work already delivered is not.

5. How to request a refund

Email amolkatkade@useagenticx.com from the address you used to buy. Include your order or payment reference, and your intern ID if the request concerns a certificate.

We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 working days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer decides how quickly the money reaches you, which is typically 5 to 10 working days and is outside our control.

Refunds on international card payments are returned in the original currency. Any difference caused by exchange-rate movement between the payment and the refund is set by your card issuer, not by us.
