How we think about these
These are not products with a licence fee. Each one describes a class of problem we have built solutions for, and the approach we take to it — because the useful decision is rarely which capability to buy but which of your problems is worth solving first.
The technical distinctions matter more than the names suggest. An autonomous agent and a retrieval system look similar in a slide and behave nothing alike in production: one plans and takes actions with side effects, the other answers questions from a corpus. Choosing the wrong one is the most expensive early mistake in an AI programme, and it is usually made because the two were presented as interchangeable.
What every engagement has in common
We work model-agnostically — Claude, GPT, Gemini, Bedrock and open models each win on different problems, and being contractually tied to one is a constraint we would rather clients did not inherit. We benchmark on your data rather than on public leaderboards, because the two correlate weakly.
Where data cannot leave your environment, we deploy inside your own cloud. Where a hosted model is ruled out by that, we say so at the start rather than building something your security review will reject.
