Why these tools exist
Every one of these came out of a question a client asked during an engagement, usually early and usually before there was a budget to answer it properly. What would this actually save? What will it cost to run at our volume? Are we even ready to attempt it? Which model should we use? Where would we start?
Rather than answer each one from scratch, we built the calculation into something anyone can use. They are free, they require no sign-up, and none of them collect your inputs — the arithmetic happens in your browser.
Each tool shows its working
Every tool page states how it reaches its answer, what it assumes, and how to read the result without over-trusting it. That is unusual for this kind of calculator and it is deliberate: a tool that will not show its arithmetic is worth less than one that does, because you cannot tell whether its assumptions match your situation.
The assumptions are the part worth reading. The AI ROI calculator, for example, depends almost entirely on what share of the work you believe AI can absorb — and that single number, set optimistically, is how most AI business cases end up wrong.
Where to start
If you do not yet know what to build, the use-case finder suggests candidates from the shape of your work. If you know what to build but not whether it is worth it, use the ROI calculator. If you have decided and need to budget, the LLM cost calculator will get you a monthly run rate. If you are wondering whether your organisation can support any of it, the readiness score is the honest place to begin — and its most common answer is that data access, not modelling capability, is the constraint.
