What it does
- Explains what the interviewer is testing before it goes anywhere near an answer.
- Uses only the experience you give it, and says so plainly when you have given none.
- Names what weakens the answer, which is usually the more useful half.
What it cannot do
- It will not invent projects, metrics or employers for you. If you paste no experience, you get the structure and a clearly-labelled example, not a fabricated story.
- An answer you did not live is detectable in about two follow-up questions. Use this to organise what is true, not to manufacture what is not.

It can write an example, clearly labelled as one. It will not invent your experience, and you should not use one that it did — interviewers ask follow-up questions, and that is where invented answers come apart.
What if I have no experience yet?
Say so in the field and it will show you the structure and what a strong answer contains. The honest route from there is building something — the free project specifications are a reasonable start.
